BD Pros is a business development firm specializing in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. BD-Pros connects industry professionals, develops strategic growth opportunities, and offers training resources that help firms strengthen their market position.
My role with BD-Pros has been centered on brand shaping and platform development. I oversaw the initial branding process from concept through approval, researched and selected our course platform, and built the infrastructure for both the website and online training environment. This created a space for industry organizations—such as USIBD—to host and deliver educational content to the AEC community.
Since launching, and with the addition of USIBD and Scan to BIM University assets, the platform has generated revenue. I continue to maintain the site, update existing content, and collaborate with other industry professionals to develop new coursework and resources.
Instructional Design
I create professional, accessible, and visually engaging online courses for organizations in the AEC and reality capture industries. My work blends instructional design, creative visuals, and user-friendly delivery to help clients educate their audiences and generate measurable results.
Presentation Design
The U.S. Institute of Building Documentation is a nonprofit organization that establishes standards, guidelines, and best practices for building documentation. Their work helps ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in reality capture and BIM workflows across the AEC industry.
I created the U.S. Institute of Building Documentation’s first-ever online course, based on their Level of Accuracy (LOA) Specification. This included:
Designing the course structure and scripting the content
Creating infographics, animations, and supporting visuals
Developing the course webpage for streamlined access
This flagship course generated USIBD’s first LOA training revenue in over six years and established a scalable foundation for future education offerings.
Scan To BIM University is a community of industry experts focused on sharing knowledge about all aspects of the Scan to BIM process. STBU hosts monthly webinars, invites guest speakers, and provides educational content designed to help professionals improve their scan-to-model workflows.
As part of the relaunch of Scan to BIM University, I rebranded and refreshed the platform to create a premium training destination for the Scan to BIM process. My contributions included:
Redesigning the visual identity and user interface
Updating course videos, slides, and downloadable materials
Creating marketing collateral to promote the updated platform
The relaunch positioned Scan to BIM University as a trusted industry resource for both new and experienced professionals
